Ingredients for Wheat Flour Halwa:
Sugar - 100 gram,
Pure ghee - 100 gram,
Cashew - 02 tbsp,
Pistachios - 2-3 tbsp,
Cardamom - 1/2 tbsp,
Raisins - 2 tsp.

After 4-5 minuets when the flour gets golden brown and a pleasant smell comes out, add approximately 300 ml. water as well as sugar and stir frequently.
So that flour balls cannot be made in the halwa or you can say lumps should not be there.
Now add chopped dry fruits, stir continuously, when the mixture gets thick add rest of the pure ghee and cardamom powder.
Cook for 2-3 minuets and turn of the gas.
Take out in a serving bowl, garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve piping hot Ataa Halwa.
