Wheat Flour Halwa is an instant dish and can be enjoyed in any season. Everyone is fond of sweet dish so this one is too easy too cook and serve any time. Children too loves it a lot.


Wheat Flour Halwa Recipe - How To Make Aate Ka Halwa.

Ingredients for Wheat Flour Halwa:
Wheat flour - 100 gram,
Sugar - 100 gram,
Pure ghee - 100 gram,
Cashew - 02 tbsp,
Pistachios - 2-3 tbsp,
Cardamom - 1/2 tbsp,
Raisins - 2 tsp.

How to Make Wheat Flour Halwa:
First of all strain the flour, then take a pan , heat half of the ghee in pan, add wheat flour, cook it on slow flame, stir frequently.

After 4-5 minuets when the flour gets golden brown and a pleasant smell comes out, add approximately 300 ml. water as well as sugar and stir frequently.

So that flour balls cannot be made in the halwa or you can say lumps should not be there.

Now add chopped dry fruits, stir continuously, when the mixture gets thick add rest of the pure ghee and cardamom powder.

Cook for 2-3 minuets and turn of the gas.

Take out in a serving bowl, garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve piping hot Ataa Halwa.
