In a summer season, sweet and chill eatables gives cooling effects to our body. So that we are going to share thandai recipe. Drink thandai and feel yourself calm and cool.


Thandai Recipe - How to Make Thandai

Ingredients for Thandai: 

Milk - 750 ml,
Almond - 50 gram,
Sugar - 05 tbsp,
Cardamom - 10,
Fennel seed (saunf) - 02 tsp,
Rose petals - 03 tsp,
Rose water - 02 tsp.

How to Make Thandai: 

To make thandai, heat tava and cook all spices (dry) on it.

Apart from milk, rose petals and rose water soak all the ingredients in enough quantity of water.

After 2 hours take out all the spices and make a smooth paste. 

Now add the paste to the milk. Now filter the thandai with fine cloth.

Add few drops of rose water and garnish with rose petals.

You can serve it with crushed ice.
