Friends, sattu have its own importence. Sattu gives us not only strength but keep our body cool also. So why not we should enjoy sattu with thandai. After lassi, thandai and mango shake, lets start to make sattu thandai.
Sattu Thandai Recipe - How To Make Sattu Thandai

Ingredients for Sattu Thandai:

Sattu - 02 tbsp,
Almonds - 02 tbsp (remove skin),
Crushed sugar - 04 tbsp,
Magaz or musk millon seed paste - 02 tbsp,
Thandai paste - 02 tbsp,
Fennel seed or saunf - 02 tbsp,
Rose petals - 02 tbsp,
Cardamom - 02 pieces,
Black pepper - 2-3 pieces,
Poppy seeds or khas khas paste - 02 tbsp,
Crushed ice - 01 cup,
Peeled almond - 3-4 (for garnishing).

How to Make Sattu Thandai:

Add sattu and crushed sugar with 2 cups of water.

Now add thandai paste, peeld almond, magaz paste, poppy paste, cardamom, black pepper and fennel seed in a mixing jar, blend it thoroughly. 

Now take out sattu thandai in a glass, add crushed ice, garnish with rose petals and peeled almonds.

Sattu thandai is ready to drink, enjoy and make yourself healthy and cool.
