Easy Aam Panna Recipe

Summer season and variety of drinks is a very good combination. Drinks, where as maintain the balance of water in our body, it is good for health also. We can take the example of Raw Mango Cooler or commonly known as Aam ka Panna.

It is rich in vitamin C. Also helps in saving our self from hot air in summer. Helps in digestion, balance cholesterol in our body. It is very easy to make. Lets have a look of Aam Panna recipy.

Raw Mango Cooler (Aam Panna) Recipe - How To Make Aam Panna

Ingredients for Aam Panna:

Raw mango - 03 (medium size),
Sugar - 150 gram,
Mint leaf - 12-15,
Roasted cumin powder - 02 tsp,
Black salt - 02 tsp,
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp.

How to Make Aam Panna:

You can make Aam Panna by two method, either you can roast the mangoes or boil it.

Choice is up to you. But here we will make Panna with boil mango.

First of all we will peel and cut the mangoes. Separate the seeds. 

Now boil the mango with half cup of water. Boil mango, sugar, black salt and fresh mint leaf put in a mixing jar and blend it smoothly.

Add 1 lit. of water. Strain the liquid mixture. Add black salt and cumin seed powder. 

Now Raw Mango Cooler is ready. Serve with ice cubes.
