Paneer butter masala is one of the common recipes cooked out of paneer. Vegetarian as well as non vegetarian loves it too much. Paneer Butter Masala is one of the popular paneer recipes and most ordered in any restaurant. 

Paneer Butter Masala Gravy Recipe - How to Make Paneer Butter Masala
Ingredients for Paneer Butter Masala Gravy:
Paneer - 300 gram,
Tomato (medium size) - 3-4,
Green chilli - 2-3,
Ginger - 01 inch,
Fresh Cream - 1/2 cup,
Butter - 2 Tbsp,
Olive oil - few drops (optional),
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp,
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp,
Coriander powder - 01 tsp,
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp,
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp,
Kasuri methi - 1 tbsp,
Green coriander - 2 tbsp,
Salt - according to taste.

How to Make Paneer Butter Masala Gravy:
First of all wash tomato, ginger and green chilli and cut it into small pieces. Make a smooth paste in the mixer.

Take a pan and heat 1 tsp butter, add few drops of olive oil so that the butter cannot be burn.

Now add cumin, coriander and turmeric powder. Stir it frequently. Now add above prepared tomato paste, red chilli powder and kasuri methi.

Cook it till the butter separate from the spices.

Now add cream, garam masala and 1/2 coriander. Stir it by adding salt and 1/2 cup of water. When gravy comes on boiling, add paneer cubes, simmer for 4 minuets.

After 4 minuets open the pan and add rest of the butter and chopped coriander. Delicious paneer butter masala is ready now. Serve it with kulcha, chapati or basmati steamed rice.
