Mango Kulfi Recipe - How To Make Mango Kulfi

Ingredients for Mango Kulfi:

Mango pulp - 03 cups,
Milk - 01 litre,
Sugar - 75 gram,
Chopped Pistachios - 3-4 tbsp,
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp,
Saffron - 1 pinch.

How to Make Mango Kulfi:

Take a pan and boil the milk on medium flame till the milk remains 1/3 of its quantity.

Now add sugar and pistachios, cook it for 2-3 minutes.

Add mashed mango pulp, cardamom powder and saffron.

Mixed it properly. Turn off the gas. 

Let the mixture cool down, now pour in the moulds, keep the mould in the freezer for 3-4 hours.

Take out after 4 hours and serve with few mango cubes.
