In a summer season along with thandai or shake one more thing is so loving and demanding, that is Kulfi. Aa aaa! It is mouth watering not only children of course you and me also mad about falooda kulfi. So without wasting anytime have a look of falooda kulfi.

Falooda Kulfi Recipe - How To Make Falooda Kulfi

Ingredients for Falooda Kulfi:

For Falooda:-
Corn flour - 400 gram,
Yellow colour - 2-3 drops.
For Kulfi:- 
Milk - 01 lit.,
Sugar - 150 gram,
Cardamom powder - 02 pinch,
Pistachios flanks - 20 gram,
Chopped cashew - 20 gram,
Chopped almonds - 20 gram,
Saffron - 02 pinch,
Yellow colour 2-3 drops.

How to Make Falooda Kulfi: 

Take a sauce pan, mix water, corn flour and yellow colour. Now cook the mixture on medium flame by stirring frequently. When the mixture gets thicker, put in the falooda press.

Take a big container with chilled water, keep the falooda press on it and make falooda without any brake. Now keep the falooda in fridge and use when needed. 

Soak Saffron in 2 tbsp of milk. Heat ghee in a sauce pan add milk and yellow colour in it. Cook it on medium flame by stirring frequently.

When milk remains 1/4 of its quantity, add sugar. Stir milk till the sugar dissolve.

Now add chopped dry fruits and soaked Saffron. After getting cool the mixture pour in the kulfi mould. Do the freezing of moulds for 2-3 hours.

Now take out from the freezer and take a dip of mould in normal water so that your kulfi comes out from the mould easily.

Take in a bowel add some child falooda and serve to your children. And, yes don't forget yourself.
