It's well known that an apple a day keeps a doctor away. But it's not so easy too have that same taste daily especially for children's. So lets something new out of apple. It's an easy dish and loved by children's. This is mainly prepared during fasts.
Ingredients for Apple Kheer:
Apple - 500 gram,
Milk - 01 liter (full cream).
Sugar - 100 gram,
Chopped cashew - 02 tbsp,
Chopped pistachio - 2 tbsp,
Cardamom crushed - 1/2 tsp.

How to make Apple Kheer:
First of all peel off and deseeded the apple. Now grate the apple and keep aside.
Now take a heavy bottom deep pan, pour milk in the pan and start boiling.
When it is boiling on slow flame cook and stir till the quantity of milk remain half.
Now add grated apple. Cook for 2-3 minuets and add sugar, crushed cardamom and dry fruits also.
When the kheer gets thick, turn of the gas.
Your apple kheer is ready now. Apple Kheer can be served hot or cold as desired.
