Amla or Indian gooseberry is a very important winter fruit. Which have a lot of quality, such as vitamin C, A and calcium. Not only this you know 100 gram amla pulp contains 720 ml. vitamin C, 15 IU vitamin A, 50 gram calcium and 1.2 gram iron. Another specialty of amla is, after cooking its quality remain same. Lets take a look of an easy recipe of amla murabba.


Easy Amla Murabba Recipe - How to Make Indian Gooseberry Murabba
Ingredients for Amla Murabba: 
Amla (Indian gooseberry) - 500 gram.
Honey - 500 gram.

How to make Amla Murabba:
First of all wash the amla properly and get it dry. Now grate the amla and separate the seeds.

Now put the grated amla in a glass jar. Shake the jar properly so that the grated amla can be set in the jar.

Now pour the honey into the jar, quantity should be quite enough. So that the whole grated amla can be cover with honey.

Now cover the jar and keep in the sun light. After sunset keep the jar in shade. Next day again keep the jar in sun light, repeat this process for one week.

After one week your amla murabba is ready now. Now keep in the fridge, daily in the morning have 2 tsp of murabba and make yourself healthy and sharp. This is very good for children also.
