Almond (Badam) Phirni is a rich sweet dessert. It's highly nutritious. It's has lots of dry fruits and milk. Which is too much necessary for our body. It's loved during summer especially when it's chilled. It's mainly cooked in every occasion of every religion. 

Almond Firni Recipe - How To Make Almond Firni

Ingredients for Almond Firni: 
Rice flour - cup (not very fine),
Milk - 01 liter
Sugar - 150 grams,
Ghee (pure) - 01 table spoon,
Chopped almond - 100 grams,
Cashew - 50 grams,
Pistachios - 50 gram,
Cardamom - 3-4 (crushed).

How To Make Almond Firni: 
Take a pan, heat the pure ghee in the pan and add rice flour.

Steer it quickly so that the flour do not burn. Add crushed cardamom and mixed it well.

When the flour turns into light pink color add milk and steer it well. 

When the flour mixed with milk and a smooth paste get ready add sugar and half quantity of almond.

Now cook for 4-5 minutes, when the mixture gets thicker turn off the gas. 

Now pour the firni in a bowl and garnish with cashew, pistachios and chopped almonds.

Serve it piping hot or get it cool down by keeping in the fridge.
