Easy Kaju Katli Barfi Recipe
At the time of festivals the demand of sweets rise up. You can see market is full of different types of sweets, but few different people don’t like to buy sweets from market, for them presenting Kaju Katli recipe. Make it deferentially people will be fan of you after eating Kaju Katli.
Ingredients for Kaju Katli Barfi:
Cashew Nuts - 300 gram (soaked in luke warm water for one hour),
Grinded Sugar - 150 gram,
Grinded Cardamom - 1/2 tsp,
Pure Ghee - 02 tbsp.
How to Make Kaju Katli Barfi:
Grind the soaked cashew and make a smooth paste. Now add grinded sugar to the cashew paste and cook in a kadai on simmer, stir well.
After some time when the mixture become thicker turn off the gas. After 6-8 minute add powder cardamom and mix it well.
Now take two plastic sheet, grease it, place kaju mix place on the sheet, again cover the kaju mix with another sheet and roll on.
Remove upper sheet and cut Kaju Katli in your preferred size, flip on plate and serve to your guest or friends.
You can store it for 10-12 days.
