Easy Eggless Cooker Chocolate Cake Recipe
Not even kids of-course adults also like cake. This is a tasty as well as light food, but if you will prepare cake at home then only you can enjoy the real taste of eating cake. So that we are going to present an easy recipe of Eggless Cooker Chocolate Cake. Please try this and tell us.
Maida or flour - 250 gram,
Condensed milk - 200 gram,
Sugar - 100 gram,
Butter - 100 gram,
Milk - 200 gram,
Coco powder - 50 gram,
Grated walnut - 02 tbsp,
Crushed almond - 02 tbsp,
Crushed cashew nut - 02 tbsp,
Baking powder - 01 tsp,
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp,
Salt - 1/4 tsp.
How to Make Cooker Chocolate Cake:
First of all do the greasing of the pot in which you are going to cook cake, after greasing do dusting with maida of the same pot and keep a side the pot.
Now take maida to prepare cake, add baking powder, baking soda, coco powder, and salt mix it well now strain the mixture.
Now in a separate bowel make a mixture by whisking butter and sugar in one direction, also add condensed milk, whisk in one direction. Now keep on pouring maida mixture into butter sugar mixture whisk and remove all the lumps.
Now add few milk and again whisk, add chopped walnut, almond and cashew. The batter of cake should not be very thin or very thick. Now put a cup of salt in the cooker in which you are going to bake cake. The layer of the salt should be thick so that the backing dish should not come in contact of the cooker.
Now pre heat the cooker for 2 minutes, now pour the batter in the baking dish and keep the baking dish in the cooker, cover the lid without whistle.
Now on very slow flame cook it for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes open the cooker and check the cake that it is ready or not, for this prick knife or fork in cake, if knife comes out cleanly, means your cake is ready if not means cook for some more minutes.
Now take out the backing dish, let the cool cake, now cut in your favorite shape, enjoy Eggless Cooker Cake.
