Easy Pizza Paratha Recipe
When children listen the name of Pizza they become exited, always ready to eat pizza. But daily eating same thing is not possible as well as not good for health. Keeping this in mind we have done the fusion of two recipes that is Pizza and Paratha. So let’s make together Pizza Paratha, and tell me how yummy, healthy and delicious is this.
Ingredients for Pizza Paratha:
Flour (Maida) - 400 gram,
Oil - 04 tbsp.,
Sugar - 02 tbsp.,
Dry active yeast - 02 tbsp.,
Cabbage (finely chopped) - 02 cups,
Capsicum (finely chopped) - 02 cups,
Baby corn (finely chopped) - 03,
Grated mozzarella cheese - 100 gram,
Ginger paste - 01 tsp.,
Deseeded green chilli (chopped) - 02,
Black pepper powder - 01 tsp.,
Coriander leaf - 02 tbsp.,
Oil - 04 tbsp.,
Salt to taste.
How to Make Pizza Paratha:
First of all add salt, sugar, 2 spoon oil and dry active yeast to flour, mix it well. Now make a soft dough with lukewarm water, now cover with muslin cloth. Keep aside for 2 hours.
Now in a non stick pan put cabbage, capsicum, baby corn, mozzarella cheese, green coriander, green chilli, ginger paste, black pepper powder and salt. Mix them well and sauté for only 2 minutes. Now the stuffing is ready.
Now divide the dough into equal parts and make balls of them. Roll on one ball and place 2 tbsp. of stuffing on it, cover stuffing with dough by slightly stretching and again roll on the paratha. Now take a tawa, heat and put paratha on it, put oil and cook from both side till it gets golden brown.
Take out Pizza Paratha in a plate and run the knife on paratha by cutting it to 4 or 8 pieces. Sprinkle grated cheese on paratha. Serve it with tomato sauce and green chutney. Do same with remaining dough and filling.
