Easy Pudina (Mint) Chutney Recipe
Mainly in north India Pudina and Mango Chutney is too much famous. It is served with snacks or in lunch or dinner.
Ingredients for Pudina (Mint) Chutney:
Mint leaves (phudina) - 2 cups (chopped),
Raw mango (Aam) - 02 piece,
Coriander (dhania) - 1 cup (chopped),
Onions - 3/4 cup (sliced),
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp,
Sugar - 1 tbsp,
Green chillies - 1 tbsp (roughly chopped),
Salt to taste
Combine all the ingredients and 1/4 cup of water in a mixer and blend till smooth. Store in an air-tight container, refrigerate and use as required.
