Yummy Papad Kadhi By Ms. Archana Singh (Mayur Vihar, New Delhi)
Ingredients for Papad Kadhi:
Lijjat papad - 08,
Curd - Half cup,
Kashmiri mirch powder - Half tsp.,
Green chilly splitted - 04,
Oil - 01 tbsp.,
Turmeric powder - Half tsp.,
Garam masala powder - Half tsp.,
Coriander powder - Half tsp.,
Fenugreek seeds (Methi dana) - Half tsp.,
Salt - According to taste.
How to Make Papad Kadhi:
Now take awoke and heat oil. Add methi dana, splitted chilly and chilly powder. Add curd and mix them. Also add little water. Mix properly brings a boil. Now add papad pieces and garam masala.
After 1 Minute off the flame and enjoy Papad Kadhi with Roti or Paratha.
